With a modest annual membership fee, the club is a good addition to one's other working locations (home, office, etc.). Out-of-town memberships and out-of-country memberships will be even more attractively priced.

Investment is needed obtain a lease, fit out the space and launch the club. The investment is only suitable for wholesale investors.
